Stallholder Booking Form

Dear Guest Stallholder

We very much look forward to receiving you at our Sustainability Festival 2019 in Gostrey Meadow, Union Road, Farnham, GU9 7RT on Saturday 8th June.

It starts at 11am and finishes at 4pm. The entrance is on Union Road just before the bus stop. Could you please arrive between 9 and 10am and, unless you have had special permission to remain on site, clear vehicles off site between 10 and 10.30am before the park and roads get extra busy.

Please fill in the form below to help us plan the site layout safely and effectively and meet council regulations.

Please note:

o   We aim to be a minimal waste event limiting the amount of rubbish that goes to landfill, and the amount of recycled materials too. We ask stall holders to be mindful of the rubbish they generate. If you must use single use items, please consider if it can be recyclable, or even better, compostable. All waste will need to be taken away by the stallholder.

o   All electrical equipment used at the event should hold a current PAT test certificate

o   All Guest Stall Holders will have written their own Risk Assessment

o   Gazebos and tables can be hired from Farnham Town Council through us, payment in advance. Price TBC.

o   Gazebos need to be properly securely to the ground

o Stall fee is £30, £15 for charities, community organisations and starter/small businesses. Please enquire if you are not sure which category you are in. Payment must be in advance of the event. Please pay by bank transfer to:

o   You will be contacted nearer the date with any final instructions
